Intermediate Wheel with Jenny

This eight week class, held on Wednesday evenings, is for students who have experience at wheel throwing. The class will work on making sets (mugs and bowls) and explore more advanced decorating options, using slips and underglaze. All tools included. Students will need to purchase a 25lb bag of clay ($40) through the studio at the beginning of class. Students must be 14 years old or older and any student under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian who is also enrolled in the course. Class will be held 6 - 8:15 p.m.,Wednesdays, at the YMCA pottery studio at 1000 N. Main St., Blacksburg. Class begins on April 9 and ends on May 28. $285
